1.1 By accessing and using the RayT Freight services, including the One View Portal and the RayT mobile application (collectively referred to as “the Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

1.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RayT Freight LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Services.

 

  1. Use of Services

 

2.1 You must be a registered user to access features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

 

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

2.3 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Service Offerings

 

3.1 RayT Freight provides a SaaS platform for freight brokers, shipping companies (or companies that have a need for shipping services), and freight carriers. RayT Freight LLC offers features such as load tracking, cost monitoring, load creation, load management, carrier and driver management, and financial and performance reporting.

 

3.2 The One View Portal is designed for freight brokers and shipping companies, while the RayT mobile application is intended for use by freight carriers.

 

3.3 RayT Freight reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice, although we will always make our best effort to keep our users informed regarding such.

 

  1. Data Security and Privacy

 

4.1 RayT Freight takes data security and privacy seriously. We employ industry-standard measures to protect your data.

 

4.2 By using the Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

 

5.1 The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by RayT Freight LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

 

5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services.

 

  1. Payments and Fees

 

6.1 The use of certain features of the Services may be subject to payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as specified in the pricing plan presented to you.

 

6.2 RayT Freight LLC reserves the right to change its pricing and to institute new charges at any time upon notice to you.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

 

7.1 To the extent permitted by law, RayT Freight LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

 

  1. Termination

 

8.1 RayT Freight may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

 

8.2 If there is a request to terminate a User’s access to the Services, they can do so and will have access until the next payment cycle. User’s will no longer have access to any data on the RayT platform once service has been discontinued.

 

  1. Governing Law

 

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hillsborough County, Florida.
